| AMV: Azumanga Daioh - My Friend - 225 sec
My first AMV which wasn't originally intended to be an AMV. When I got my new computer in 2003, I decided to get some fansubs and tried out Adobe Premiere on it (which didn't work on my old computer) and the result was what you now have in front of you - a shitty first timer AMV.
Although the AMV is crap; I was probably one of the smarter noobs who bothered covering fansub subtitles. When I entered it at Animania Sydney 2003, I won 2nd prize not to mention a lot of people asked if I used DVD rips. I didn't D: They were all fansubs... (And Azumanga Daioh wasn't even out on DVD then).
How I covered the subtitles? I'll leave it to your imagination. It ain't hard to work out :P

A 4 minute limit short film created over two weeks in 2004 as the final project of the 'Film and Television 2' unit at The University of Western Sydney - Kingswood and Werrington campus.
Yes, I know it's lame but at least it's giggle worthy and better than a lot of people's first short film attempts!

The piece was performed at the Sydney Town Hall at the a concert known as A Night in Fantasia during October 2005
