You won't believe this, but Debra Kanof and Jose Luis Gonzalez, the two assistant U.S. Attorneys who prosecuted Ramos and Compean showed up at Louie Aguilars funeral mass yesterday. Have they no shame. These two evil and vicious animals do not belong in any church. You can imagine how we felt. St. Rafael's is the biggest catholic church in El Paso. It was packed with many people standing outside. We had several hundred Border Patrol, ICE, Police, Sheriffs Deputies, fireman and other law enforcement in uniform. There must have been one thousand of them. It was awesome. The funneral procession was at least three miles long and required several dozen El Paso Police Department motorcycle escorts. There had to be over one hundred Border Patrol vehicles besides dozens of other emergency vehicles and another hundred private citizen's cars. They had a fire engine in front of the church displaying a huge American flag from atop its extended ladder and it was also displayed at the cemetery As we drove down the border highway, we saw Border Patrol agents on duty on the levee standing at attention and saluting until every vehicle had passed. T. J. Bonner was with us and Monica was really moved by the services and wept a lot, especially when the flags were presented to every member of the family, including Aguilars two kids, approximately 2 and 3 years old. One ICE, and three Border Patrol helicopeters flew overhead above the cemetery. The flags were presented by David Aguilar, National Border Patrol Chief who was given a no confidence vote by the entire border patrol last year. He is also a dear friend of George Bush. Former El Paso Border Patrol Chief, Luis Barker was also in attendance. He is the one that blocked an F.B.I. investigation in the Ramos/Compean case claiming that he was satisfied with the investigation by 4 month esperienced Homeland Security agent Christopher Sanchez who the drug smuggler testified had become a close friend during the year that they prepared their lies together before trial. Had there been an F.B.I. investigation, Ramos and Compean would have been cleared of all charges because the F.B.I. would have gotten the truth out of the three agents who were given immuntiy from prosecution in exchange for their fabricated lies at the trial. A fifteen minute investigation at the canal and levee where this incident happened would have showed that what those 3 agents testified too could not have occured. Those are the three agent that lied and covered up that Johnny Satan talks about and that is the reason why they were given immunity and terminated. We now nervously await the ruling from the Fifth Circuit Court on our appeal. Thank you and Raymond and Robin for all you have done on behalf of these two agents.
