Chilled by Nature is a man called Pete Lawrence from The Big Chill festival/bars/record label. I've been going to the Big Chill festival for some years now and I'm already getting excited about this years (only a few weeks to go).

I use to love these types of public information adverts. They use to be on during the commercials of all my favorite Saturday morning kids shows (Number 73, Get Fresh etc) but stopped just before Saint and Greavesy and the Wrestling.
This is obviously where I have taken my name from although Im not sure why as I haven't driven since they day I passed my driving test....in 1998.
