I was walking past a condo development on Wilson Avenue when I spied what appeared to be a party.
Rick Mendoza, who's heading up sales, related that this was a "developer's close-out" to move the last of the units in the 64-unit project.
Rick gave me an overview of the project and introduced me to a few of the residents.

Several days ago commenters at YoChicago suggested that I'd get a different picture of Sheridan Park by visiting the intersection of Wilson and Magnolia on a weekend afternoon rather than on a weekday.
I stopped by Wilson and Magnolia briefly early this afternoon and chatted with local resident Jim Balser, and briefly with one of the passers-by. It was windy, so the sound quality is rough in patches, and parts of the interview had to be edited out.
