So I just beat the game as a Grey Knight, went back to the menu, and went to exit the game. The game entered the level it was sitting on, the framerate dropped to something like, 15, and this happened.
The game couldn't be paused and I was forced to exit via the guide button, which was pretty annoying. On the plus side, I did unlock another character.
