Van den vos Reynaerde was an "antisemitic" children's story, written by the Dutch-Belgian Robert van Genechten, and named after the mediaeval Dutch poem. It was first published in 1937 in Nieuw-Nederland, a monthly of the Dutch national socialist movement NSB. In 1941 it was published as a book.
The story features rhinoceroses, 'neushoorn' in Dutch (literally : "nose horn"), referring to the perceived typical Jewish nose. One of them is called Jodocus, which refers to the Dutch word for Jew: jood.
Van den vos Reynaerde was released as a cartoon film by Nederland film in 1943 ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1018947/ ) and it was made by order of the Dutch National Socialist Movement NSB.
Forty cartoonists had been working on it since 1941.
In that year, 'Nederland Film' was set up in The Hague by a member of the NSB to make animated films from a National Socialist point of view. Van den vos Reynaerde was its most ambitious project; one of the first animated colour films made in Holland. However, Reynard was never shown publicly, probably because the NSB concidered the story to farfetched.

Pas na 100 jaar begonnen de Nederlanders zich ook met deze lucratieve handel in te laten, nadat 's lands establishment enorm was gecorrumpeerd en de wet die het houden van slaven verbood werd afgeschaft.
