I'm posting my Thursday vlog a day early because I had to comment right away on Tuesday night's Presidential Debate. I thought it was one of the biggest wastes of an hour and a half ever! They picked questions we heard the answers to a thousands of times, but no question of character of the candidates, which surely would have hurt Obama. I don't know who won or loss the debate, but the big loser tonight was the American people!

The Obama campaign and the rest of the Democrats have a lot chutzpah to blame this economic crisis on the Republicans. Obama stated in a speech that John McCain blamed him for this mess. If Obama didn't cause this mess he sure did benefit from it and now he's attacking McCain for it? His campaign is a "Who's Who" of people from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Not to mention the amount of money he received for his campaign that came directly from those companies. Obama says that McCain, by his own admission, doesn't know much about the economy. At least McCain is honest enough to admit it. No one is bringing up the critical question of how much Obama knows about the economy, which is bupkis. The only thing he knows about the economy is how to exploit the corruption to fund his campaign.

I may have disagreed with John McCain in the past, and on some issues I still do. I admit, that I supported other candidates in the Republican primary and I do stick by my earlier endorsements. However, despite the differences I have with McCain, there are far more things that I admire about him and agree with on. Since winning the Primary, he's had a lot of work to do to convince the American people what and who he is. I think he'is accomplished that and I think he'll make a wonderful President. His acceptance speech once again separated himself from his opponent. I just can't see how you couldn't vote for McCain when you examine the alternative.

Finally, John McCain is heard and it has given him a bump in the polls. Barack Obama reacts to McCain's "Celeb" ad the only way he can, by interjecting race. The media joined in the fight too, by attacking McCain. "How dare he attack Obama on the issues" they all say. It's unfortunate that the only way McCain can be heard is to pay for an ad. He doesn't benefit from the mass media that Obama has in his pocket.
