There's a town in northern Ontario and this past January, 21 young people there tried to commit to suicide. It's the Kashechewan First Nation. About a year and a half ago, hundreds of people there were moved to other towns, because of E- coli in their water. They're back now, but nothing's changed. Their homes are run down and there's domestic violence, addiction. Recently, the community asked to move to its traditional hunting grounds. But the federal government said no, because it would be too expensive. Instead, Ottawa offered 200 million dollars to fix things up. Bartleman went to Kashechewan in February and you want him on your side, cause he has an incredible track record all over the world. He's a former advisor to Jean Chretien. Now, he's Ontario's lieutenant governor.
