I would say that Yoshida won, because he was giving the whole fight his direction. Wanderlei had the better and clearer hits, but I would say it was not enough for a win. So my decision would have been draw or win for yoshida.

This is one of my favorite knockouts in MMA. If you watch closely you can see how Arona's head bounces off the ground and he gets a hard headbutt from Jackson.
There has been a big discussion if it is the headbutt, that put him out, or the slam itself. You decide. I am not shure... even if I have watched it very often.
