The Pump was also change out because the wind shield wiper pump burned up. The Stats are as follows With Ultra-Sonics on 11.9V @ 29.2 Amps for 32 Seconds 11.12 watts/ml and 31.25 ml/s production rate. 5.4 MMW.

12489 watts total to produce 1 liter of HHO Gas Produced at a rate of 17.86 ml/sec and an efficiency rate of 12.49 watts/ ml. Not bad for a first go at a closed cell. I plan to add a PWM module to the cell to adjust the voltage and current to the sweet spot for efficiency. I also plan to add 2 additional cells to increase the output to 3 Liters/min. This is the same configuration as the 5.05 MMW cell but with the PWM turned up running at 10.7 V and 37 Amps, the efficiency is 23.754Watts/ml not very good efficiency, But a very good production rate. 16.17 ml/sec. The cell is constructed of 304 SS and the plates are 2"X 5" spaced .oo5" apart. There are 4 plates +NN- configuration. the cell is run with a PWM module 106 HZ. supplied with a 12 VDC car battery 300 CCA. The electrolyte is 3tsp lye NaOH in 1.5 liters RO water. The voltage is generated using a neon sign transformer run from line voltage. The output is 7500 VAC to a grounded Center tap. Much like a bullet shot straight up or the piston in an engine. I am going to connect up a computer and an analog DAC card and record the acceleration of the weight and piston. The energy is the mass x the acceleration of gravity times the distance. The Energy rate is the energy -vs- time. Area under the curve. More to come when I get the computer hook up. So far the gas proves to be a lot more reactive upon combustion. The bubbles pop with a snap that is not there at higher temperatures. Tonight when I get Home I am going to try a Slush Puppy mode, and measure the gas. Run it twice and monitor the temperature rise, and run with and without the ultra-sonics. If I get ambitious maybe a family of curves. Sorry for the poor production quality It was all done in 40 Minutes at 1 AM. As you can see it is now longer, Up to 4" the peak voltage is increased because of the ring back of the stored charge in the 20 turns and the added capacitance of the water. When an inductor is shut off, it rings back a voltage that can be hundreds of time greater than the charge voltage. The Charge Voltage in this case is 15 KV AC peaked by the 1400 PF Plate window caps. + The water ? This Voltage would be 1.414 times the 15KV = 21200 Volts. The ring back Voltage of the inductor is many times this voltage but is short lived. As these electrons are flying off the end of the spark gap into the air and into the water charging it to a highly negative state filling the electron shells of the oxygen an Hydrogen. When the Electrode is near or in semi contact to the water you can see it is drawn up to it by the charge, I am sure there are a lot of complex things going on here.
