This is my updated video on how to get the "I Would Have Been Your Daddy" skull on Halo 3. The skull ONLY unlocks the hidden dialouge during the campaign (you need all skulls for Hayabusa helmet) and is not an achievement so you wont get a message. I included the common reasons why people werent getting it also. Important additions: If you are in a party, only ONE person jumps through the rings or it will mess up the sequence. As you can see in this video, my buddy runs through the rings, as I run along on the side reading off the numbers and making sure he jumps THROUGH the RIGHT rings. One person jumps through the rings, everyone doesnt need to pick it up, you will all have it. Just send a friendly player review to my xbl account if you want to thank me.
